This week, Renée is sitting down with her intern turned part-time virtual assistant, Natalie Chai. The wedding industry has evolved tremendously over the years and there is a huge increase in emerging event professionals who are actively working hard towards a career in weddings. Natalie is a recent graduate from Boston University's Hospitality Program, who has worked her way up the industry ladder to gain experience in different facets of the wedding field. Renée and Natalie chat about her role with Urban Soirée and her growth through the industry through her past internships, education programs and job opportunities that have best prepared her for a career in the industry! Natalie will also be giving tips to fellow students on how to break into the event industry the right way and best prepare yourself to become a wedding and event professional.
