Jillian Nichols is a tenured, professional, and driven Director of Catering and Conference Services. She lives and breathes hospitality and strives for 5-star service in all of her team members, herself, and her employer. She has worked for numerous four, and five-star properties such as The Langham, Boca Raton Resort, and Club & Hotel Viking. While reopening the Langham Boston for the last two years, she has served on the Board for Boston Wedding Group as Educational Chair, Vice-President, and in 2023 as Co-President.
