Starting as a temp server for catering events all around New England, Ashley Kirouac truly learned what it takes to plan an event from the ground up. From there she jumped into the event world as a banquet manager and continued to grow over the following 4 1/2 years as an Event Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Cambridge, where she won Manager of the Year and Hyachievers - a coveted spot of the top 100 Event Sales Managers within the Americas. Ashley has now taken the luxury market by storm, as the newest Catering Sales Manager and Wedding Specialist at the beautiful Fairmont Copley Plaza.
